1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account details, billing information, support requests), data generated by your use of the platform (API requests, logs, telemetry), and limited technical information from your browser (IP, user agent, cookies).
2. How we use your information
We use your data to operate and improve the platform, authenticate users, prevent abuse, provide support, send service notifications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer prompts or completions to train foundation models.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, payments, analytics, support tooling), with your consent, or when legally required. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for the life of your account and for a limited period after closure to satisfy legal, tax, and audit requirements. Telemetry and logs are retained per the data retention controls in your workspace.
5. Security
We employ encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, SOC 2 Type II-aligned processes, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we work to apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, others), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Contact privacy@deepstackneural.com to exercise these rights.
7. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice prior to taking effect.
